Exporting Channels
You can export ongoing and ended incidents using the /export slash command from within the incident channel or using the steps below.
  1. 1.
    Open Main Menu > Incident Collaboration.
  2. 2.
    Select the incident you want to export.
  3. 3.
    In the top-right corner select Export Channel Log.
  4. 4.
    Save or open the file.
